How to use the wands

 

The wands are so super easy to use!!   



> Some people just use them for pain relief.
  In that case just point and blow at the source of the pain/s for 5 to 20 minutes, or when you feel relief.

> Some people use them to assist their body in healing short or long term; ailments, illness and even disease.

A wanding facial: for increased circulation, clearer skin,  reduced inflammation, more youthful appearance etc blow on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes a day

 

> Some people use them for stem cell release.
By wanding the spine we can release the body's own stem cells.

> And some use them for all 5 !!!

 

So,  what do we do with the blower, if we want to do the main 10 step protocol?!

Start very slowly, 'less is more' when it comes to frequency technology. 

Drink charged/structured water before & after every session.

The warm up protocol suggests 2-3 minutes on each point however I would recommend only 30 seconds on each point to begin with (and starting with just the water and wanding the hands and the feet for a few days to a week) and slowly work your way up in time and lymph node points over time to allow the body adjustment to terahertz waves.   


Warning; Doing too much too quickly could result in detox symptoms, anything from mild headache to full on headache, aches and pains, feeling like you have flu and you dont want that, I had that and it's not pleasant!! 

After a week or 2/3 and you haven't had any strong detox symptoms and your body has adjusted well;  once you’ve completed the warm up, you can then focus on specific areas you want to work on or run the wand up and down the spine, hip bones and the sinus area.  This activates our own body's stem cells.

If you are wanting to use for specific pain, ie a painful knee, you can do on the spot treatments of just pointing and blowing for 5 to 20 minutes until the pain/discomfort reduces or disappears.  You may want to wand the hands and the feet first for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.



A few other wanding pointers:  

  • The frequency penetrates up to 20-30 cms deep into the body so you can use it from the front to treat the back, spine,  so if you are unable to reach around to wand the back, or have anyone to assist you, simply lay down on your back and blow from front , moving up and down the whole length of your torso.

  • Wait at least 4 hours between each session.

  • It's fine to bathe first then use device but its recommended not to use the device, then bathe.  This will reverse the good that was done by cooling down the body again.

  • After therapy don't consume cold food or beverages.  Also avoid cooler areas with fans or air conditioning, for the same reason. 

  • Use as warm as can be tolerated in a specific area, if it gets too hot use the device a bit further away from the body..  Everyone will be different with settings from small child, active adult to elderly person, so use as appropriate.

  • Use at least once a day, the best is three times daily for approximately 30 minutes each time,  but no more than 2 hours in a day.

  • Device will turn off after one hour to avoid overheating.

If you are short on time before a treatment and dont want to skimp on the protocol, or you just want to do a quickie protocol,  I have adapted another one ! 

 

 

 

After a 2 to 4 weeks of any of the above protocols and your body has adujusted well, you can up it to this
