If you cant wand any specific area due to "anything in your body that you weren't born with" (ie pace maker, stents, metal pins, plastic clips etc) then wand that area in the places specified on the hands, feets and/or ears) 

 

otherwise wand in these places for your/the persons specific issues 

 

and if its broken/fractured bone or a skeletal issue, where you cant wand directly on it, wand here instead

 

 

The easiest way to remember is "DONT wand anything you werent born with"!  especially be mindful of these when wanding and treating others
