If you are wanding for pain relief,  then basically just point at the troubling area and blow for 10 to 20 minutes up to 3 times a day.   IMPORTANT - please take note of the *DO NOT wand* section below.

If you are wanting the wand for general and overall health benefits and for assisting the body to carry out its own healing then follow the below:-

Use at least once a day, and when you get established and your body is used to the frequency, you can use it 2 to 3 times a day, average of half an hour each time and up to 2 hours in total in any day.  BUT I seriously recommend you start slowly and build up to this or you could bring on a healing crisis.  See here for information on that https://www.kates-iteracarewands.co.uk/customer-support-healing-crisis  I did that and it’s not pleasant and brought on an ME relapse for a few weeks eeeekkkk !

To avoid this, I recommend starting with just drinking the water then start wanding and building it up gradually, I have made a few slower and really slow protocols here

www.kates-iteracarewands.co.uk/i-have-made-a-variety-of-different-protocols-for-different-purposes  feel free to follow any one of these.  The really slow ones are especially great if you react to alternative therapies or you have autoimmune diseases or your body responds highly to an  immune system stimulation, or your body is weak/tired/stressed with illness, you will definately need to start slowly.

This is a handy guide

Please take note of the *DO NOT wand* section below

These are the wanding methods

In time you will build up to :-

Although I like this one,  I have added a couple of other parts for extra health benefits !  And I like the flow of wanding in this sequence.

TIPS; It is recommended not to have a shower or a bath or eat or drink anything cold for up to 4 hours after a session, because the heat has heated your insides to start healing you and then if you expose your body to cold again treatment may not be as effective.  This also goes for getting cold or being in a cold environment.

Just a few medical points

“DO NOT”  wand;

  • a break or a fracture

  • Heart area if born with a heart defect, or have heart or valve problems, pace maker, stent, any electrical devices inserted etc etc

  • On any metal (plates, staples, pins, teeth fillings etc) or implants inside the body (basically they say not to wand over anything you weren’t born with)

  • Your head if you have high blood pressure.

  • you are Pregnant, or menstruating because it increases the blood flow.

  • Directly on any known tumours, just wand around.

  • Don't use on your eyes if wearing contact lenses OR if there has been a lens replacement for cataracts.  Everyone else use cool setting and keep your eyes closed.

(ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT TO KNOW THE ABOVE WHEN WANDING/TREATING OTHERS)

I remember it as “ Do not wand anything you weren’t born with”
