I have taken the basic 10 step protocol and have adapted it for different purposes, you are welcome to use any of these :)
This is one for a very slow start, introduction to the frequency
Especially helpful; If you are sensitive or have autoimmune diseases, long term illnesses, diseases etc or prone to detox

Still slow but not as slow as above! A nice gentle introduction
At any point if it is too fast, go back a step or use less in that coloured section, or reduce the time
the same but with the elbow pit added
Another starter protocol not such a gentle one
Starter, not slow, and includes the belly button
Dont have much time one day? this is a shorter version
